- Call patients to
- Confirm upcoming appointments
- Follow up on missed
- Reactivate old patients
- Book and reschedule appointments
- Answer incoming calls and WhatsApp messages
- Greet patients at the clinic
- Update patient status in the system (confirmed / canceled / no-show)
- Daily Calls
- You will handle outbound calls until Hiring sales representatives
- 10–20 outgoing calls
- Appointment confirmation 24 hours before visit
المتطلبات والشروط
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service(clinic, medical center, or wellness experience is a strong plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and polite attitude
- Ability to handle patients calmly and professionally
- Strong phone etiquette and WhatsApp communication skills
- Ability to book, confirm, reschedule, and follow up on appointments
- Basic computer skills (clinic system, MS Excel, email)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and confidentiality with patient data
- Arabic fluency required;
English is a plus
- Commitment, punctuality, and reliability
