Develop and Implement:Create and enforce robust HSE policies, procedures, and programs tailored to construction and civil engineering projects.
Conduct Inspections:Perform regular and thorough site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards, non-compliance, and areas for improvement.
Risk Management:Lead comprehensive risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure their effective implementation across all project phases.
Incident Management:Investigate all incidents, accidents, and near-misses, determining root causes and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Training & Development:Design and deliver engaging safety training sessions for all site personnel, fostering a strong safety-first culture.
Regulatory Compliance:Ensure strict adherence to all local and international HSE regulations, standards, and best practices, including OHSAS 18001 and ISO

45001.

Emergency Preparedness:Develop and manage emergency response plans, conducting drills and ensuring personnel are prepared for any eventuality.
Reporting:Maintain accurate HSE records, prepare detailed reports, and communicate performance metrics to management.

Experience:A minimum of3-5 years of proven experiencein an HSE or Safety Supervisor role, specifically within theconstruction, civil engineering, or architecture sectors.
Skills:Demonstrated expertise inHSE Management, Safety Protocols, and Engineering Principles.

Profound knowledge ofConstruction Safety,Risk Assessment & Mitigation, and effectiveAccident Investigationtechniques.
