Sales Leadership & Management
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and departmental targets.
- Monitor sales performance and provide ongoing guidance, support, and development.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.Sales Operations
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Monitor sales pipelines and ensure opportunities are properly managed.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure proper CRM utilization and accurate sales reporting.Strategic Planning
- Develop annual sales plans and growth initiatives.
- Analyze sales data and market intelligence to support decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to increase market share and improve profitability.
- Support senior management with strategic recommendations and business insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7–12 years of sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a sales management position.
- Previous experience in construction, building materials, aluminum, cladding, façade systems, architectural products, glass, steel, or related industries is required.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel when required.
