• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and departmental targets.
• Monitor sales performance and provide ongoing guidance, support, and development.

• Develop annual sales plans and growth initiatives.

• Support senior management with strategic recommendations and business insights.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7–12 years of sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a sales management position.
• Previous experience in construction, building materials, aluminum, cladding, façade systems, architectural products, glass, steel, or related industries is required.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel when required.
