- Manage Accounts Payable and schedule supplier payments.
- Review inbound and outbound inventory movements in the ERP system and verify their accuracy.
- Verify product costing and recommend minimum pricing levels on marketplaces to protect margins.
- Reconcile Amazon, Noon and Trendyol settlements, and calculate COGS and gross margin per channel.
- Prepare distribution channel sales reports with cost and margin analysis.
- Analyze SKU profitability for top- and lowest-performing items, with weekly and monthly reports and recommendations.
- Analyze marketplace invoices and category-level sales reports.
- Ensure completeness of sales and purchase invoices as part of the month-end close.
المتطلبات والشروط
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (minimum).
- At least 10 years of accounting experience.
- Previous experience in e-commerce or retail companies.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
- Experience selling on Amazon and Noon, including reading and reconciling their reports and settlements.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Solid knowledge of cost accounting and profitability analysis.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Full-time commitment, with no engagement with any other employer, during or outside working hours.
- Experience with Odoo, particularly Accounting and Inventory.
- Familiarity with Saudi VAT and e-invoicing.
- Professional certification such as CMA or CPA.
