الوصف الوظيفي

Act as the main compliance contact with the FRA.
Handle applications for establishing/licensing investment funds and regulated investment vehicles.
Prepare and review fund prospectuses and offering documents.
Review fund structures, agreements, marketing materials, and procedures for regulatory compliance.
Manage regulatory submissions and respond to FRA observations, requests, and inspections.
Oversee AML/KYC and counter-terrorism financing compliance.
Maintain compliance policies, registers, records, and regulatory reports.
Work with Legal, Investment, Fund Management, and Promotion/Underwriting teams.
Monitor regulatory changes affecting funds, asset management, PE, VC, sukuk, and other NBFI activities.
Attend FRA/regulatory meetings when required.

المتطلبات والشروط

Extensive experience in Compliance / Regulatory Affairs within financial services.
Strong preference for experience in asset management, investment banking, securities, investment funds, or FRA-regulated entities.
25+ years' experience preferred.
Proven direct experience dealing with the FRA or predecessor authorities.

Appropriate regulatory qualifications/approvals or the credentials and experience required to obtain FRA approval.
