Senior CRM Specialist

Collecting, qualifying, and distributing leads to the sales team.

Maintaining regular contact with clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.Keeping the CRM system updated with accurate client information and interactions.Addressing client inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Providing administrative and logistical support to the sales team.

Assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.

Generating reports on sales activities, customer satisfaction, and other key metrics.Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and trends.

Must have a proven work experience as a CRM at least 3 years in Real Estate companies (Developers - brokerage).Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitudeFamiliarity with CRM systems and practices is preferred.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Very Good in MS OfficeVery Good English is a must.
