Act as the strategic HR partner to Factory and Operations leadership.
Lead workforce planning, manpower optimization, and development.
Drive employee engagement, retention, performance management, and talent development.
Provide HR support for production, efficiency, attendance, turnover, and labor productivity.
Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and grievance handling.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and international customer standards.
Partner with managers to identify capability gaps and implement development plans.
Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to improve factory performance.
Lead and develop the factory HR team.

المتطلبات والشروط

Bachelor’s degree inhuman resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience, preferably in large-scale manufacturing.
Strong experience supportingfactory/shopfloor operations and large workforces.
Solid knowledge of employee relations, labor law, performance management, and workforce planning.
Strong HR analytics and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Very Good English proficiency.
