Job Description
- Act as the strategic HR partner to Factory and Operations leadership.
- Lead workforce planning, manpower optimization, and development.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, performance management, and talent development.
- Provide HR support for production, efficiency, attendance, turnover, and labor productivity.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and grievance handling.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and international customer standards.
- Partner with managers to identify capability gaps and implement development plans.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to improve factory performance.
- Lead and develop the factory HR team.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree inhuman resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience, preferably in large-scale manufacturing.
- Strong experience supportingfactory/shopfloor operations and large workforces.
- Solid knowledge of employee relations, labor law, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Strong HR analytics and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Very Good English proficiency.
