- Maintain and enhance internal control frameworks; draft, review, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and the Delegation of Authority (DoA) matrix.
- Document end-to-end operational cycles using process narratives, flowcharts, and Risk & Control Matrices (RCM) to identify control gaps and inefficiencies.
- Lead internal control testing and operational reviews from scoping to fieldwork; prepare comprehensive, evidence-based reports outlining root causes and actionable recommendations.
- Track, follow up, and verify the implementation of management corrective action plans within agreed timeframes.
- Analyze operational and financial data using ERP systems to identify trends, variances, and potential compliance red flags.
- Perform other related control duties and participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned to support organizational compliance and risk objectives.
المتطلبات والشروط
- Education:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Experience:Minimum of4+ yearsof progressive experience in Internal Control, Internal Audit, or Risk & Compliance within amanufacturing or industrial environment.
- Systems:Hands-on proficiency withSAP(FICO/MM) is required.
- Technical Skills:Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities (complex formulas, data modeling, pivots) and strong reporting presentation skills.
- Languages:Fluent English (written and verbal).
- Certifications:Professional credentials such asCIA, CMA, CPA, or CFEare considered an advantage.
