الوصف الوظيفي

Plan, schedule, and coordinate promotional offers, discounts, and marketing campaigns with retail stores and hypermarkets, maintaining an updated calendar of campaigns, seasonal activities, and deadlines for each partner.
Maintain regular communication with retail partners’ marketing teams, follow up on ongoing and upcoming promotions, and ensure execution meets agreed terms and timelines.
Monitor in-store marketing activities, promotional displays, and point-of-sale materials, and coordinate the timely resolution of delays, execution issues, and discrepancies.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and trade marketing teams to align promotional offers, pricing, materials, and campaign requirements.
Track promotional performance, collect feedback and campaign results, and prepare regular reports covering executed activities, ongoing offers, pending approvals, execution status, and required actions.
Monitor competitors’ offers and promotional activities across retail stores and hypermarkets to identify market opportunities.

المتطلبات والشروط

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant experience in retail marketing, trade marketing, or promotional campaign coordination, preferably involving retail stores and hypermarkets.
Experience coordinating with external partners and internal teams to deliver campaigns.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Ability to track campaign performance, analyze results, and prepare clear reports.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to follow-through.
