Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for both technical & non-technical roles
• Partner closely with hiring managers across different departments
• Source and attract top talent through various channels (LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting, etc.)
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
• Contribute to improving recruitment strategies and processes

Requirements:

• 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Experience as a Generalist TA (handling multiple functions)
• Exposure to tech hiring is a strong plus (not limited to it)
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
