Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for both technical & non-technical roles
Partner closely with hiring managers across different departments
Source and attract top talent through various channels (LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting, etc.)
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
Contribute to improving recruitment strategies and processes

Requirements:

4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
Experience as a Generalist TA (handling multiple functions)
Exposure to tech hiring is a strong plus (not limited to it)
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
