Bachelor’s degreeMinimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or RecruitmentStrong interviewing and assessment skillsExcellent English communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExperience in educational recruitment is a plusAbility to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines
