Senior Technical Community Engineer

Develop and review architectural designs in line with project standards and client requirementsManage and evaluate client modification requests, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and community guidelinesPrepare and review technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and as-built recordsCoordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of modificationsConduct site inspections and follow up on implementation to ensure quality and complianceProvide technical support and act as the main point of contact for client-related engineering inquiriesSupport cost estimation and review pricing for modifications and violationsPrepare periodic reports on project status, modifications, and readiness for handover

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
• 3–5 years of experience in architectural engineering, preferably within real estate projects
• Proven experience in acting as a liaison between clients and technical teams, ensuring client requirements are accurately translated into design modifications
• Strong experience in delivering design modifications while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and enhancing project value
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing technical documentation, including CAD drawings, blueprints, and specifications, in compliance with design and construction standards
• Experience in preparing as-built drawings and modification records for residential and commercial projects
• Hands-on experience in conducting site inspections and participating in technical meetings, with the ability to resolve design issues efficiently
• Solid knowledge of cost estimation and quantity surveying for modifications, with a focus on budget optimization and minimizing rework
