- Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions to address them effectively.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of SME customers while ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify key decision-makers within client organizations to strengthen relationships.
- Resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and coordinate with the relevant teams.
- Ensure high-quality customer service, sales processes, and client engagement standards.
- Actively approach and acquire potential clients to grow the portfolio.
- Maintain strong knowledge of market trends and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
المتطلبات والشروط
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the banking sector, preferably in SME or business banking.
- Proven experience in planning and implementing sales or relationship strategies.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
