What you’ll own:The full Social Media Strategy (end-to-end)Turning strategy into content calendars & platform-specific execution plansLeading and developing a team of Social Media & Community ManagersReviewing and elevating creative output with the Art TeamDriving performance through insights, analysis & continuous optimizationEnsuring consistency, quality & brand voice across all platformsCollaborating with Account, Creative & Media teams on integrated campaigns We’re looking for someone who:Thinks in strategy, not just postingKnows how to lead people AND performanceUnderstands how content, media & branding work togetherHas experience in fast-paced agency environments Working Setup:8 flexible working hoursCore hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PMTwo days off per week (Friday & Saturday)

Requirements: 8+ years of experience and 3+ years in a managerial role (team leadership is a must)

Proven experience in a marketing/advertising agencyStrong Digital Marketing backgroundExperience in 360° campaigns / ATLVery Good command of EnglishGiza residents only.

Preferably residents of 6th of October or Sheikh Zayed
