We're Hiring: Digital Marketing Manager / Social Media Head (Social Media Lead)
We’re not looking for someone to manage social media.We’re looking for someone who can own the strategy, lead a team, and drive real results.This is a leadership role for someone who understands that social media is not just content — it’s performance, positioning, and business impact. ????
What you’ll own:The full Social Media Strategy (end-to-end)Turning strategy into content calendars & platform-specific execution plansLeading and developing a team of Social Media & Community ManagersReviewing and elevating creative output with the Art TeamDriving performance through insights, analysis & continuous optimizationEnsuring consistency, quality & brand voice across all platformsCollaborating with Account, Creative & Media teams on integrated campaigns We’re looking for someone who:Thinks in strategy, not just postingKnows how to lead people AND performanceUnderstands how content, media & branding work togetherHas experience in fast-paced agency environments Working Setup:8 flexible working hoursCore hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PMTwo days off per week (Friday & Saturday)
