الوصف الوظيفي

· Manages the full project lifecycle for assigned internal projects, including scope definition, detailed
scheduling, resource planning, and budget tracking.
· Prepares preliminary engineering drawings for new projects, renovations, or infrastructure
developments.
· Develops detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ), calculates required material for each item, and
establishes initial project cost estimates.
· Prepares tender documents, evaluates technical bids from potential contractors and suppliers, and
initiates purchase requests for the Procurement department.
· Formally hands over project sites to contractors and coordinates with internal departments to
facilitate any obstacles during the start or execution phases.
· Provides daily on-site supervision of contractors or internal labor to ensure the technical and
physical accuracy of execution.
· Performs phased inspections of civil, architectural, and mechanical works to ensure strict adherence
to technical drawings, quality standards, and building codes.
· Conducts regular site inspections and maintains periodic follow-ups with the Internal Projects
Manager to report on achievement percentages.
· Monitors project expenditures against the approved budget, surveys actual executed quantities, and
manages variation orders to provide accurate financial forecasts.
· Facilitates the smooth handover of completed projects to Production and Maintenance teams,
ensuring all documentation, training, and warranties are provided.
· Provides mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers on project management best
practices and site supervision.

المتطلبات والشروط

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
· +5 years of professional experience in project management within industrial field.
· Deep knowledge of Capex project execution cycles, cost control techniques, and industrial safety codes.
· Proven ability to supervise industrial contractors and interpret complex engineering drawings across
multiple disciplines.
· High proficiency in AutoCAD for producing and reviewing technical shop drawings & Microsoft Office
Programs
· Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and site coordination skills.
