- Production Supervision:Oversee end-to-end production processes for doors, windows, wall cladding , and office furniture.
- Manufacturing & Workflow Planning:Interpret technical shop drawings, cutting lists, and bill of quantities (BOQ) to execute daily production schedules efficiently.
- Machine & Material Utilization:Manage wood processing machinery (CNC, edge banding, cutting, sanding, and pressing) and ensure optimal material yield to minimize waste.
- Quality Assurance:Inspect raw materials and finished wooden products at all stages (cutting, assembly, sanding, and finishing/painting) to ensure high craftsmanship.
- Team Leadership:Manage factory technicians, carpenters, and machine operators, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
- Site & Technical Coordination:Coordinate with the Technical Office and Site Engineers to align delivery timelines, shop drawing modifications, and installation specs.
المتطلبات والشروط
- Experience:3 to 8 years of proven experience as a Production Engineer in aWoodworking / Joinery / Furniture Manufacturing Factory.
- Education:Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Applied Arts (Interior Design/Furniture), or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge:Strong expertise in wood materials (MDF, Plywood, Solid Wood, Veneer), hardware fittings, and finishing techniques.Hands-on knowledge of joinery machinery and CNC wood cutting operations.Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and cutting lists.
