Job Description

  • Hotel contracting and supplier negotiations.
  • Negotiating rates, allotments, cancellation policies, meal plans, room types, and special offers.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with hotels and suppliers.
  • Monitoring market rates and competitors.
  • Managing and expanding the hotel portfolio.
  • Following up on contracts, rates, availability, and system loading.
  • Coordinating with Product, Operations, Sales, Reservations, Revenue, and Finance teams.
  • Monitoring hotel production, profitability, and room nights.
  • Supporting the development of new hotels, destinations, and tourism products.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in tourism/hotel contracting.
  • Strong knowledge of the hotel and travel market.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good commercial and analytical skills.
  • Experience with contracting systems/hotel extranets is a plus.
  • Good command of English.
  • Experience in the Saudi/GCC tourism market is preferred.
