Job Description
- Manage and develop key accounts and high-value customers
- Conduct regular outdoor visits to consultants, architects, interior designers, and developers
- Build strong relationships and identify new project opportunities
- Drive conversion of pending opportunities into sales
- Support closing high-value deals and contribute to showroom sales targets
- Maintain accurate CRM/ERP records and activity reports
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in Specification Sales, Project Sales, or Technical Sales
- Experience in finishing materials or building materials is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Good knowledge of CRM and ERP systems
- Must own a car
