Femineis looking for a creative, confident, and trend-awareFemale Content Creatorto become one of the faces of our brand and lead the creation of engaging content for both our organic social media and paid advertising.
We're looking for someone who doesn't just know how to create videos, but canthink creatively, understand what makes people stop scrolling, and turn ideas into content that people actually want to watch.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Create engaging short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera and representing Femine as a brand personality.
- Create both lifestyle, entertaining, educational, product-focused, and promotional content.
- Create UGC-style and performance-oriented videos specifically for paid ads.
- Develop creative concepts, hooks, scripts, and storylines.
- Develop and maintainmonthly and annual content plans.
- Build content around product launches, campaigns, seasons, offers, and brand moments.
- Plan content pillars and ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Maintain a balance between organic content and content designed for paid advertising.
- Stay up to date with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and social media trends.
- Identify trends that can be adapted to the Femine brand.
- Continuously bring new ideas and creative concepts to the team.
- Experiment with different hooks, formats, storytelling styles, and content angles.
- Shoot high-quality content using a phone/camera.
- Handle basic lighting, framing, composition, and product presentation.
- Edit short-form videos using tools such asCapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, or similar.
- Add captions, transitions, music, sound effects, and other basic editing elements.
- Become one of the recognizable faces of Femine.
- Understand and communicate the brand's personality, products, and values.
- Present products naturally and confidently on camera.
- Help build a consistent visual and emotional identity for the brand.
- Monitor content performance and identify what works.
- Use insights from previous content to improve future concepts.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Ecommerce, and Media Buying teams to develop content that supports bothbrand growth and sales.
