Job Description
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.- A minimum of five years of relevant professional experience, preferably within the construction or contracting industry.- Demonstrated expertise in cost accounting, project costing, and cost control.- Proficiency in analyzing project costs, expenses, and variances.- Experience in preparing cost reports, budgets, forecasts, and conducting financial analyses.- Ability to monitor actual costs against budgets and identify deviations.- Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.- Capable of working effectively under pressure while adhering to deadlines.
Requirements & Qualifications

- Prepare and oversee project cost sheets and reports.- Track direct and indirect project costs.- Analyze cost variances and provide actionable recommendations to management.- Monitor project budgets and actual expenditures.- Collaborate with teams from Projects, Procurement, Contracts, Stores, and Finance to ensure accurate cost allocation.- Review costs related to materials, labor, subcontractors, and other project components.- Support management initiatives designed to improve cost efficiency and optimize project profitability.Work Location: Head Office – Cairo, SheratonExperience Required: Over five yearsIndustry Sector: Construction and Contracting
