Cost Accountant - Construction

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.- A minimum of five years of relevant professional experience, preferably within the construction or contracting industry.- Demonstrated expertise in cost accounting, project costing, and cost control.- Proficiency in analyzing project costs, expenses, and variances.- Experience in preparing cost reports, budgets, forecasts, and conducting financial analyses.- Ability to monitor actual costs against budgets and identify deviations.- Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.- Capable of working effectively under pressure while adhering to deadlines.
