Job Description
- Promote and sell the company's products and services to existing and prospective customers while achieving sales targets.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Identify and approach new customers through field visits and cold calling.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide market insights, customer feedback, and competitor updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely submission of cash, credit card transactions, and required documents in accordance with company policies.
