Promote and sell the company's products and services to existing and prospective customers while achieving sales targets.
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Identify and approach new customers through field visits and cold calling.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide market insights, customer feedback, and competitor updates.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely submission of cash, credit card transactions, and required documents in accordance with company policies.
Stay updated on market trends and continuously improve sales performance and product knowledge.
