Job Description
- Assist with and perform the installation, assembly, commissioning, and testing of industrial machinery at the company’s premises and customer sites.
- Conduct on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and repair of the company’s machinery and equipment.
- Provide after-sales technical support to customers, ensuring that machines operate safely and efficiently.
- Prepare installation and maintenance reports, document technical issues, and report customer feedback and spare parts requirements to the company.
- Provide customers with basic operating instructions and technical guidance on the proper use and maintenance of the equipment.
- Travel to customer sites as required to carry out installation, maintenance, and repair work.
- Be responsible for daily maintenance and arrangement of warehouse machines.
- Assist sales staff with machine testing and demonstrate operation to customers.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A degree or technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical field.
- Practical experience in machinery installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair is preferred.
- experience with operating or repairing CNC machines is much preferred
- Willingness to travel to customer sites within Egypt.
- Good communication skills, a responsible attitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fresh graduates or junior technicians with relevant practical skills may also be considered.
- Basic English language communication skills is a must
