Job Description
- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and performance management.
- Oversee treasury, cash flow, and financing activities.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial statements and compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, and regulatory authorities.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and oversee financial feasibility studies.
- Present financial reports and strategic recommendations to the Executive Management and Board of Directors.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is highly preferred.
- Professional certifications such asCPA, CMA, or CFAare a strong advantage.
- Minimum15 yearsof experience in finance and investment, including at least7 yearsin a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience within a leadingreal estate development or real estate investmentcompany.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, treasury, funding, cash flow management, and investment analysis.
- In-depth knowledge ofIFRS, taxation, corporate governance, and financial controls.
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and decision-making skills.
