الوصف الوظيفي

Develop and execute the company's financial strategy.
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and performance management.
Oversee treasury, cash flow, and financing activities.
Ensure the accuracy of financial statements and compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
Manage relationships with banks, investors, and regulatory authorities.
Evaluate investment opportunities and oversee financial feasibility studies.
Present financial reports and strategic recommendations to the Executive Management and Board of Directors.

المتطلبات والشروط

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is highly preferred.
Professional certifications such asCPA, CMA, or CFAare a strong advantage.
Minimum15 yearsof experience in finance and investment, including at least7 yearsin a senior leadership role.
Proven experience within a leadingreal estate development or real estate investmentcompany.
Strong expertise in financial planning, treasury, funding, cash flow management, and investment analysis.
In-depth knowledge ofIFRS, taxation, corporate governance, and financial controls.
Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and decision-making skills.
