Job Description
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on heavy equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults
- Support root cause analysis for recurring equipment failures
- Follow safety regulations and environmental standards during all maintenance activities
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and spare parts records
- Coordinate with senior engineers and technicians to minimize equipment downtime
- Assist in developing maintenance schedules and improving equipment reliability
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in heavy equipment maintenance
- Experience in mining
- Working knowledge of heavy equipment such as loaders, crushers, excavators, generators, and drilling machines
- Good problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in a demanding industrial environment
