Employee Relations:
Skillfully manage complex Employee Relations issues, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Organizational Development:
Contribute to Organizational Development efforts, including change management and workforce planning, to support business evolution.
Compensation & Benefits:
Collaborate on compensation structures and benefits programs that attract and retain top commercial talent.
Requirements & Qualifications
- -7–10 years of experience in HR, with proven experience in the same HR Business Partner role.

- Previous experience in Real Estate Development is a must.
•
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employee relations.
•
- Ability to partner with business leaders and provide effective HR solutions.
•
- Strong experience in performance management, workforce planning, and talent management.
•
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
•
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand organizational needs.
- -Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
