Industrial Engineer

• Overview:As our Industrial Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and optimizing complex production systems.

You'll analyze every facet of our manufacturing operations, identifying bottlenecks and pioneering solutions that enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

• Responsibilities:Lead the analysis and optimization of existing production processes and workflows to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.Implement and champion Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies across various production lines.Design and develop facility layouts, material handling systems, and production control systems to enhance operational flow.Conduct time studies, capacity planning, and resource allocation to ensure optimal utilization of personnel and equipment.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and R&D, to drive process improvements and new product introductions.Develop and maintain performance metrics and reporting systems to monitor and evaluate process effectiveness.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff and production teams.
