Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and account management.
- 2-3 years of experience in Insurance or brokerage companies.
- Strong natural negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Responsible and ethical.
