Identify and target prospects through diverse sales channels.
Generating sales leads with new clients.
Build and maintain business relationships with prospective clients.
Execute high‑volume outbound activity: cold calls, personalized emails, client visits
Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support to build and maintain relationships with them
Working towards achieving the sales target

المتطلبات والشروط

Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Proven experience in sales, business development, and account management.
2-3 years of experience in Insurance or brokerage companies.
Strong natural negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsible and ethical.
