Job Description
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, PCs, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Ensure the availability and stability of ERP systems and business applications, and coordinate with vendors when required.
- Supervise the IT Support Team and ensure timely resolution of users’ technical issues across the factory.
- Monitor network performance, internet connectivity, access points, and basic network security.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, email systems, antivirus, and software installations.
- Ensure regular data backup and follow up on backup status and recovery procedures.
- Manage IT assets, licenses, maintenance contracts, and external IT service providers.
- Prepare IT reports, maintenance plans, and budgets, and support the implementation of IT projects and improvements.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
- 7+years of IT experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience in Infrastructure, Networking, Servers, ERP, and IT Support.
- Preferablybasedin Sadat City, Menoufia, or Behera.
