Job Description
- Diagnosing and repairing faults.
- Resolving network issues.
- Installing and configuring hardware and software.
- Answering phone calls, emails and chats from Branches having problems with a product.
- Explaining how to repair technical issues in a way that the Users can understand with easy steps.
- Helping Users set up computer software or run applications.
- Resolving IT support requests from Users.
- Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed.
- Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed.
- Maintaining composure and a positive attitude during difficult situations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Very Good in English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.
- Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role.
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
