We are looking for aKey Account Managerto manage and grow strategicHORECA and Enterprise accounts.
This is ahunter-farmer rolewhere you will be responsible for building strong relationships with senior decision-makers, acquiring new key accounts, and growing the business andGMVof existing accounts.
You will work closely with customers and internal teams to understand business needs, identify growth opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, and ensure a high level of service and account satisfaction.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of relevant experience, preferably inKey Account Management, B2B Sales, Business Development, or a related commercial role.
- Proven experience inmanaging key accountsand building long-term customer relationships.
- Demonstrated experience inacquiring and closing new key accounts.
- Strong experience managingsenior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Solidnegotiation and commercial skills.
- Experience working withrevenue, GMV, sales targets, or account growth KPIs.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong strategic and commercial mindset with a focus onbusiness growth.
- Proficiency inMS Office, particularly Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree inBusiness Administration or a related field.
