Role Overview: As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in planning and executing integrated marketing activities.

Your role will combine digital marketing, social media management, and on-the-ground activations to impact the company’s brand visibility and sales performance directly.

Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.Manage and grow the company’s social media presence through content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.Plan and coordinate on-ground marketing activations and corporate events.Analyze marketing data and generate regular reports to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.Collaborate with sales and production teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.Maintain and update the company website and Shopify store regularly.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management (B2C focus is highly preferred).Skills: Strong knowledge of B2C marketing strategies and consumer behavior.Technical Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern digital marketing/analytics tools.Languages: Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.Traits: Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team; flexible, organized, and results-driven.Mobility: Willingness to travel as needed for on-ground activations and events.
