Job Description
- Promote and sell the company'smedical devices, medical supplies, and pharmaceutical products.
- Visit hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and targeted customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, purchasing teams, and hospital management.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Present product features, benefits, and applications to customers.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, orders, and sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain existing customer relationships and develop new accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experiencein Medical Sales, Medical Devices, Medical Supplies, Pharmaceuticals, or a related field.
- Experience dealing withHospitals, Clinics, Pharmacies, and Healthcare Professionalsis highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Medicine, Dentistry, or another relevant medical/scientific field is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer relationship and business development skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work independently and in the field.
- Good command ofEnglish and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to understand technical/medical products and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
