Job Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Egypt for German speakers.
- In this position, you will handle customer interactions in German through channels such as phone, email, and chat, ensuring clear, courteous, and efficient communication.
- You will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information according to client guidelines and performance targets.
- The role includes documenting customer interactions, updating systems accurately, and following established procedures to maintain high-quality standards.
- You will collaborate with team members and supervisors, participate in training, and contribute to a positive, professional work environment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in German , with the ability to communicate clearly in both languages.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and a professional phone and written manner.
- Comfort with using computers and common software tools, including CRM systems, email platforms, and basic data entry.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Egypt, manage shifting priorities, and meet performance targets and quality standards.
- Previous experience in customer support, contact centers, or BPO environments is an advantage but not required.
- Graduates and gap year only
- Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training.
