This is a full-time, on-site role based in Egypt for German speakers.
In this position, you will handle customer interactions in German through channels such as phone, email, and chat, ensuring clear, courteous, and efficient communication.
You will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information according to client guidelines and performance targets.
The role includes documenting customer interactions, updating systems accurately, and following established procedures to maintain high-quality standards.
You will collaborate with team members and supervisors, participate in training, and contribute to a positive, professional work environment.

المتطلبات والشروط

Strong proficiency in German , with the ability to communicate clearly in both languages.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and a professional phone and written manner.
Comfort with using computers and common software tools, including CRM systems, email platforms, and basic data entry.
Ability to work on-site full time in Egypt, manage shifting priorities, and meet performance targets and quality standards.
Previous experience in customer support, contact centers, or BPO environments is an advantage but not required.
Graduates and gap year only
Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training.
