Job Description
- Monitor the daily operation of the Odoo ERP system.
- Provide user support and respond to inquiries.
- Monitor data quality and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate with the ERP vendor to troubleshoot issues and support system enhancements.
- Train employees on how to use the Odoo ERP system.
- Follow up on the implementation and performance of sales, purchasing, inventory, production, and accounting processes within the ERP.
- Prepare periodic reports and monitor overall system performance.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Suitable academic qualifications.
- 3 years of experience using Odoo ERP or a similar ERP system.
- Good understanding of business processes, including sales, purchasing, inventory, production, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.
