Job Description
- The Operations Agent is responsible for managing day-to-day travel bookings, with priority given to
- offline booking requests received via WhatsApp, and phone, in addition to processing transactions
- through B2B airline and hotel systems.
This includes handling reservations, issuing and reissuing
- tickets, confirming hotel bookings, and ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and
- within agreed timelines.
The role supports B2B clients by delivering prompt and efficient service,
- resolving booking-related issues, and maintaining high operational and service standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism or related field (preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in airline ticketing or travel operations
- Strong knowledge of advanced GDS systems (Amadeus Or Galileo)
- Experience handling offline requests (WhatsApp / phone) preferring
- Good understanding of airline fare rules and hotel booking processes
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and booking platforms
