الوصف الوظيفي

The Operations Agent is responsible for managing day-to-day travel bookings, with priority given to
offline booking requests received via WhatsApp, and phone, in addition to processing transactions
through B2B airline and hotel systems.

This includes handling reservations, issuing and reissuing

tickets, confirming hotel bookings, and ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and
within agreed timelines.

The role supports B2B clients by delivering prompt and efficient service,

resolving booking-related issues, and maintaining high operational and service standards.

المتطلبات والشروط

Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism or related field (preferred)
3–5 years of experience in airline ticketing or travel operations
Strong knowledge of advanced GDS systems (Amadeus Or Galileo)
Experience handling offline requests (WhatsApp / phone) preferring
Good understanding of airline fare rules and hotel booking processes
Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and booking platforms
