Job Description
- Dispense prescription and non-prescription medications accurately and safely.
- Review prescriptions and ensure appropriate dosage, interactions, and medication instructions.
- Provide patients and customers with clear advice regarding medication use, dosage, side effects, and precautions.
- Handle bothinternal pharmacy operations and external customer/patient services.
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, medications, and pharmacy transactions.
- Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and storage conditions of medications.
- Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals when required.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, company policies, and professional standards.
- Support purchasing, receiving, and organizing pharmaceutical products.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional pharmacy environment.
- Participate in achieving pharmacy sales and operational targets while maintaining patient safety and professional ethics.
Requirements & Qualifications
✅ Bachelor's degree in pharmacy.
✅ Valid Egyptian Pharmacists Syndicate membership.
✅Experience in both Inpatient & Outpatient
✅ Good communication and patient counseling skills
