Job Description
- Develop and execute PR and influencer marketing activities aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
- Identify, research, and source relevant Egyptian influencers, content creators, media outlets, journalists, and other relevant partners.
- Maintain strong knowledge of and relationships with Egyptian influencers and media contacts across relevant categories.
- Manage influencer outreach, communication, briefings, follow-ups, and negotiations.
- Negotiate influencer rates, deliverables, timelines, and campaign terms.
- Coordinate influencer gifting, product seeding, PR packages, and gifting campaigns.
- Support the planning and execution of PR events, influencer events, launches, and brand activations.
- Coordinate PR and influencer campaigns from initial planning through execution and completion.
- Work closely with Marketing, Content, and other internal teams to ensure campaign alignment and smooth execution.
- Coordinate with influencers and external partners to ensure content is delivered according to agreed briefs, timelines, and brand guidelines.
- Monitor influencer and PR campaign performance, including reach, engagement, content delivery, and other relevant KPIs.
- Prepare campaign reports and provide insights and recommendations based on campaign performance.
- Conduct ongoing research on influencers, media trends, competitors, and relevant market opportunities.
- Build and maintain a database of influencers, media contacts, agencies, and relevant PR partners.
- Support overall brand visibility and reputation through effective PR and influencer activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in PR, Influencer Marketing, Media Relations, or a related role.
- Strong practical experience in influencer sourcing, outreach, coordination, and negotiation.
- Strong knowledge of the Egyptian influencer and media landscape, including relevant influencers, content creators, journalists, publications, and media platforms.
- Established network and ability to build relationships with influencers, media, and external partners.
- Experience managing PR gifting, product seeding, influencer campaigns, and PR events.
- Experience coordinating campaigns from planning through execution and reporting.
- Good understanding of PR, influencer marketing, social media, and brand communication.
- Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, influencers, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Good reporting and analytical skills with the ability to track campaign results and KPIs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Agency experience is highly preferred, particularly within PR, Influencer Marketing, Creative, or Digital Marketing agencies.
- Experience within lifestyle, retail, fashion, textiles, furniture, interiors, or related consumer-facing industries is a strong plus.
- Existing relationships with Egyptian influencers, content creators, media outlets, and PR agencies will be considered an advantage.
