Job Description
- Search for suppliers and obtain competitive prices for required items.
- Negotiate with suppliers and purchase materials and products.
- Follow up purchase orders and ensure timely availability of materials.
- Coordinate and deliver orders to customers when required.
- Follow up installation and site work at factories and customer locations.
- Coordinate with technicians and contractors during job execution.
- Supervise ongoing work and ensure tasks are completed according to requirements and deadlines.
- Maintain good communication with customers, suppliers, and technicians.
- Follow up orders from purchasing until final delivery and completion.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in customer handling, order execution, purchasing, or operations.
- Previous experience inindustrial supplies or trading companies is preferred.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to deal professionally with customers, suppliers, technicians, and contractors.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple orders and tasks at the same time.
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
- Good command of English is preferred.
