Search for suppliers and obtain competitive prices for required items.
Negotiate with suppliers and purchase materials and products.
Follow up purchase orders and ensure timely availability of materials.
Coordinate and deliver orders to customers when required.
Follow up installation and site work at factories and customer locations.
Coordinate with technicians and contractors during job execution.
Supervise ongoing work and ensure tasks are completed according to requirements and deadlines.
Maintain good communication with customers, suppliers, and technicians.
Follow up orders from purchasing until final delivery and completion.

المتطلبات والشروط

1–3 years of experience in customer handling, order execution, purchasing, or operations.
Previous experience inindustrial supplies or trading companies is preferred.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to deal professionally with customers, suppliers, technicians, and contractors.
Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple orders and tasks at the same time.
Good Microsoft Office skills.
Good command of English is preferred.
