Job Description
- Own and continuously improve the Casita product roadmap.
- Translate company objectives and business goals into clear product priorities.
- Identify opportunities to improve acquisition, engagement, conversion, booking, and retention.
- Define product goals and measurable KPIs.
- Balance customer needs, business value, technical complexity, and delivery capacity when prioritizing initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate the product against competitors and market trends.
- Develop a deep understanding of Casita's customers and their needs.
- Analyze customer behavior, feedback, support requests, and product data to identify opportunities.
- Conduct customer interviews, usability testing, and product discovery activities.
- Work with commercial and operations teams to understand market and partner requirements.
- Turn customer problems into clearly defined product opportunities.
- Own the product backlog and prioritization process.
- Write clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
- Work closely with Engineering and Design throughout the development lifecycle.
- Lead product planning, refinement, reviews, and release processes.
- Ensure features are delivered with the intended customer and business outcomes.
- Manage dependencies and communicate priorities clearly across teams.
- Make timely product decisions and remove ambiguity for the delivery team.
- Use product analytics and business data to make informed decisions.
- Define and track product KPIs.
- Analyze conversion funnels and identify areas for improvement.
- Run and evaluate experiments and A/B tests where appropriate.
- Measure the impact of product releases after launch.
- Establish a culture of continuous product improvement.
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Customer Support, and senior management.
- Align different stakeholders around product priorities.
- Communicate roadmap, progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly.
- Represent the customer and product perspective in business discussions.
- Help create a strong product culture across the organization.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with experience owning digital products end-to-end.
- Experience working onconsumer-facing web or mobile products.
- Strong understanding of product discovery, prioritization, roadmapping, and delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use data to identify problems and make product decisions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with engineering and technical teams.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Strong ownership mentality — you don't wait for someone else to define the problem or solution.
- Ability to balance customer experience, business objectives, and technical constraints.
