Job Description
· Analyze customer demand and create production plans to ensure on-time delivery.
· Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on customer requirements and factory capacity.
· Coordinate manpower planning with HR and Production teams to support production targets.
· Calculate ramp-up plans and monitor achievement of full production efficiency for new projects in coordination with Engineering and Production teams.
· Analyze line capacities, production rates, machine hours, and manpower requirements to ensure delivery commitments are met.
· Monitor customer Days of Stock (DOS) and adjust production plans to prevent shortages and support customer needs.
· Track production performance, capacity utilization, and inventory levels, taking corrective actions when required.
· Identify production constraints and coordinate recovery plans with cross-functional teams.
· Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Logistics, and Customer to ensure smooth execution of production plans.
· Prepare planning reports and capacity analyses to support operational decision-making
Requirements & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 0-2 years of experience in Production Planning or Manufacturing Operations
· Knowledge of MPS, capacity planning, and manpower planning.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
· Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
· Good command of English.
· Strong communication and coordination skills.
